Withdraw from your purchase

If you bought a placement as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Use this form to send your withdrawal statement. If the email and order reference match a purchase, we confirm receipt by email.

Because you asked us to start displaying your placement immediately, if you withdraw we refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the display already provided up to the time you told us. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
